Only goods may be exchanged where the item is in excellent condition.
Exchange allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase. Note: It applies only to frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
Item should be in good condition with proper casing and original receipt must be presented.
For contact lenses, box must be in unopened condition.
Scratches and breakages are not included in the warranty.
Warranty covers manufacture defect only.
Item sold during clearance sale are not covered under warranty.
We are not responsible to any prescription change by Doctor.
Orders are automatically cancelled if they are not collected within 3 months. (Deposit will not be refunded)
We are not responsible for any damage on customer supplied frames or lenses.
All sales are final. No refund.
